[registrars] RE: Focussing on the real issues

For the record, Bhavin and I could never agree that registrars should question ICANN's business continuity expense. IMHO, getting the cost under control comes before figuring out if it met by flat, or volumn based fees.

I think there is some misunderstanding here eric :). I never said I did not agree whether that amount is questionable or not. I did say however that given the short time we have we do not have the bandwidth to focus on MICRO issues and therefore I preferred to tackle it in a MACRO sense bhavin
