Tim: I have asked some preliminary questions of ICAN staff regarding scheduling but the initial analysis provided by Ross and Bruce is fairly accurate. Moving the schedule at this point in time is rather complex because there are limited rooms, and any changes would have a ripple effect. I agree it was a good thought and one worth asking. Given the importance of the Whois issues confronting the community, especially the registrars constituency, I believe Tuesday is an important day and one which all registrars would want to participate. Actually, what I was thinking is that entire scheduled be adjusted forward by one day with the exception of Friday, which may combine public forum in the morning with Board meetings in the Afternoon. That would actually shorten it by one day. Just a thought. I'll be there either way. Tim -----Original Message----- From: Ross Wm. What do you all think about seeing if we can move the Constituency meetings to Tuesday in Malaysia instead of Monday? It might make it more convenient for NA participants (who have the farthest to go this time).
That would put it in conflict with the Council meeting and any task force meetings scheduled that day. -- Regards, -rwr "In the modern world the intelligence of public opinion is the one indispensable condition for social progress." - Charles W. Eliot (1834 - 1926)
