[registrars] Nomination period - open until Friday 21 May 2004

Hello All, Given that we have now received some nominations for the Executive Committee, I recommend that we keep the nomination open until midnight Friday 21 May 2004 (USA Pacific Coast time). This is consistent with the rules of procedure where 14 days should be allowed for nominations following the first nomination. Regards, Bruce Tonkin
