Verisign. Apart from the AGP, they have broad latitude in the Registry-Registrar contract to define and address "abusive" practices.

Hi, it seems that tasting has not been eliminated, but greatly reduced. However the approach is practical and fiddling with the threshhold will yield better results. Other registries are well-advised to follow this example. Marcus CORE Council of Registrars
