Hello All: Here are some records that should help in facilitate the records effort. The first is an excel spreadsheet that I maintained when I was the old chair/secretariat/treasurer - these include the original $250 payments. The Second is an attachment that Bryan transferred to the ExCom when he left the industry. At this point in time Ken Stubbs served as a temp treasurer until the new elections were held. Also attached below are email records that Ken Stubbs sent to the list to inform registrars of dues payments received prior to the Spring 2003 vote. One of the practices that the old ExCom agreed upon was to post all payment receipt on the website to provide the registrar with constructive notice. I do not know what the current practice is, but with a simple searching I was able to reconstruct many of the payment records. I hope this helps the ExCom with their efforts to move forward with their endeavors. Again these records would NOT include any fee collected since the Spring of 2003. Best regards, Michael D.
