I was hearing this figure that registrars are shelling out around 8 million or so. However it is actually around 11.4 million. If 3.8 million is 1/3rds of the registrar portion then the total portion is $11.4 million. Is that the right figure. Are we footing 11.4 million dollars of the budget?
