Dear Colleagues: We've had some difficulties with AOL email addresses. We sent 90/60/30/10 day expiration notices to a registrant. After autorenewal, we put it on registrar-hold. After 32 more days, we deleted it. Registrant called after another 33 days -- guess what, cannot be redeemed:-( I know that AOL stops a lot of mail. Any others have this problem when the admin and tech contacts use AOL Email? Regards, BobC
