Call for Volunteers to Plan for Changing the Root Zone DNSSEC Algorithm

ICANN recently announced on open call for volunteers to join a design team that will develop a plan for changing the cryptographic algorithm used for the Domain Name System (DNS) root key signing key and zone signing key.
