Due to the evolving pandemic, 3 KSRs were signed at Root DNSSEC KSK Ceremony 41 [2] on 23 April 2020. This allows for sufficient flexibility in these uncertain times [3]. The SKR 2020-Q4 was transmitted to Verisign, in the approximate time frame it would have been according to typical ceremony scheduling.
