[RSSAC Caucus] FOR REVIEW: Security Incident Reporting

Dear RSSAC Caucus Members, Myself, Ozan, Robert S, and Ken met yesterday to discuss this document and next steps. We resolved a couple small nits in the document and decided it was time for its two week RSSAC Caucus review. We also decided to cancel all upcoming work party meetings. We'll reschedule work party meetings once this review completes depending on the input received. This mail starts the two week review period.
