[RSSAC Caucus] Resolver Work Party closed

ON Tuesday's monthly RSSAC call, I stated that the Resolver Work Party is officially closed. I'm letting you know as well. I want to thank those who contributed, especially Paul Hoffman (who did the majority of the actual work) for their efforts. Paul's final report is being placed on the Caucus web page.
