Driven through RFC process with an IAB/IANA considerations section. IETF to process the need. IAB to concur and direct. IANA to implement. Not your problem, if it's a process rooted in RFCs. When e.g. we requested AS112 and 2.0.0.2 originally, it was in RFC process. And there are instructions in the RFC which go to delegation functions. "..and remove from AS0 under the IANA TA" would be a natural consequence. So are you saying you want a review of past delegations? minor RFC to add instructions, done. Time consuming but not actually "hard" as much as a bit of a logistical trawl. -G
