[RSSAC Caucus] RSSAC047v2 Statement of Work

Dear RSSAC Caucus Members, Myself, Paul Hoffman, and Duane Wessels have drafted a statement of work for a work party to update RSSAC047: RSSAC Advisory on Metrics for the DNS Root Servers and the Root Server System.
