[RSSAC Caucus] Security Incident Reporting Work Party Update

Below are the more substantive questions/topics we would like the work party to think about for our Monday meeting. - Section 5.1, Is Reportable vs Non-Reportable the right terminology? - Section 6.X between 6.5 and 6.6, Do we want to say anything about RSS GS Security Incident Report Publication? - Appendix B, There are some older comments here that we expect to spend the bulk of the meeting discussing.
