[RSSAC Caucus] Proposal for Future Root Zone KSK Rollovers

Dear RSSAC Caucus Members, The IANA has published a Proposal for Future Root Zone KSK Rollovers and is asking the community for comments. <https://www.icann.org/public-comments/proposal-future-rz-ksk-rollovers-2019-...> Please review the proposal and provide any feedback to this list. The RSSAC is determining whether or not to draft a response to the Public Comment request and would like to determine if there are aspects of the proposal that warrant a response from the RSSAC.
