[RSSAC Caucus] Recent RZERC / RSSAC Correspondence

Dear RSSAC Caucus Members, Recently the Root Zone Evolution Review Committee (RZERC) sent a letter to the RSSAC about adding DNSSEC signatures to root-servers.net.
