There is travel support for up to four (4) RSSAC Caucus Members to attend IETF 122 including economy class airfare, accommodation, registration, and per diem: https://www.ietf.org/meeting/122/ In 2019, RSSAC approved guidelines for RSSAC Caucus members requesting travel support to attend even-numbered IETF meetings. RSSAC recently updated these guidelines in October 2024 by * changing “active work party members” to “active Caucus members” to expand the second priority to all Caucus members in section 2.2.b. * and increasing the lead time between the start of the application process and its respective IETF meeting from 120 to 150 days in section 3.1. Please see the updated RSSAC Caucus IETF Supported Travelers Funding Guidelines attached. Depending on how many requests we will receive, the RSSAC Administrative Committee may need to make the selection based on the selection criteria outlined in the guidelines.
