Dear RSSAC Caucus Members, I hope this message finds you well. My name is Mohibul Mahmud, and I’m honored to have recently joined the RSSAC Caucus. I would like to take a moment to introduce myself and express my enthusiasm for contributing to the important work of the Caucus. I am currently working as a Cloud Engineer at Microsoft, based in Montreal, Canada, with over 25 years of experience in Internet infrastructure, DNS administration and cybersecurity. My technical journey began with DNS and network operations in the ISP sector, where I was involved in supporting F-Root Server deployment at BDIX in Bangladesh and managing BIND-based DNS infrastructure. My current focus areas include cloud monitoring, observability, and system stability—all of which align closely with the mission and technical priorities of the RSSAC. I’ve also been actively involved in Internet governance, having served as an ICANN82 Fellow, ARIN52 Fellow, and participant in various policy forums. I’m particularly interested in joining work parties, contributing to ongoing publications, and learning from the collective expertise of this community. Please feel free to reach out—I welcome the opportunity to collaborate, listen, and contribute wherever possible. Thank you for the warm welcome, and I look forward to working with you all. Warm regards, Mohibul Mahmud Cloud Engineer | Microsoft ICANN82 Fellow | ARIN52 Fellow Montreal, Canada
