[RSSAC Caucus] FYI - RSSAC Meeting

I'm not sure who is planning to be on the call. The ones I expect are likely online anyway due to the Metrics discussion. However... Some of us have had flight changes and have to leave Reston early. Brad and I have been asked to swap the metrics discussion (9:00 Eastern) for the RSSAC meeting (10:45 Eastern). So we will start with the RSSAC Meeting at 9:00 Eastern.
