Paul, I appreciate your goal of trying to seperate threads to make it easier for document editing and coordination.. unfortunately for me (and I had two other folks message me offline) it came across as silencing or redirecting discussion. There are some gems in what has been said in threads so far that speak to the "why" actions might happen in Changing RSO Addressees. Be that related to Hints File Agility, lack of adoption of resolver DNSSEC validation, ongoing lethargic adoption of new code bases etc... And that, IMHO, leads to deeper exploration of what the meaty RSASC recommendations might be to the community. Cheers Terry

If you really are commenting on the current document, please maybe point more carefully at which words in the document you think need changing. This will help those of us who think the document is pretty much done know where it might not be.
