Dear RSSAC Caucus Members, Based on feedback received on the 2024 RSSAC Caucus Survey and after discussing it during our January meeting, the RSSAC would like to experiment with adding lightning talks to the RSSAC Caucus meeting agenda. So for the first time we're requesting submissions for lightning talk presentations for the IETF 122 RSSAC Caucus meeting. Proposed presentations should be relevant to the work of the RSSAC Caucus or at least root server system adjacent. We're allocating 3 slots of 5-10 minutes for each talk. The RSSAC Admin Committee will act as a kind of mini programming committee to make sure the presenters are prepared and, if we receive more than 3 proposals, choose the proposals. The IETF 122 RSSAC Caucus meeting will be held on Sunday March 16th. Presentations can be given in person in Bangkok or online. It is not required for participants to register for the IETF, but it is required to have an IETF Datatracker account. Please send any proposals for presentations to me and Ozan before February 12th. If you can send slides with the proposal we prefer them either in PDF or google slides format. But even if you just have a proposal with no slides yet please send us a mail and we will discuss it with you and the RSSAC Admin Committee. Thanks, Andrew
