[RSSAC Caucus] Update to ICANN84 Schedule

Hello RSSAC Caucus, Please note that there is a change to the ICANN84 schedule for the RSSAC Caucus and RSSAC meetings. They are switching places on the schedule to allow for greater newcomer and Nextgen participation at the RSSAC Caucus meeting. The new time for the RSSAC Caucus meeting is Tuesday, 28 October at 13:15. For those participating in person, this meeting will take place in Wicklow Hall 1. This was the original spot for the RSSAC meeting. The RSSAC meeting will then revert to what was the Caucus meeting time. The RSSAC will meet on Wednesday at 10:30 in Liffey Hall 2. Thanks! Dan Gluck
