We cleaned up some grammar edits in the document and would like to draw the work party's attention to the following more significant Suggestions. - The examples in Sections 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, and 4.4 have been moved into Appendix B. This will be discussed on the next call. - There is new text in 4.5 (Incident Severity Guidelines). Please review Section 4.5 in combination with 5.1 (What to Report).
