[RSSAC Caucus] Security Incident Reporting Work Party Update

Dear RSSAC Caucus, Robert, Ken, and I met yesterday to discuss this work party and the document. We cleaned up some grammar edits in the document and would like to draw the work party's attention to the following more significant Suggestions. - The examples in Sections 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, and 4.4 have been moved into Appendix B. This will be discussed on the next call. - There is new text in 4.5 (Incident Severity Guidelines). Please review Section 4.5 in combination with 5.1 (What to Report).
