HI Emily, James and I had a quick phone call to discuss the proxy recommendation. He made a great point that we should include in the recommendation reviewing the existing proxy practices so I have added the following point. 1) Review existing practices by reaching out to proxy providers and foster a discussion to develop, clarify and enhance the current processes Please see the whole recommendation incorporated in the attached document.
