Support staff, adjuncts, etc.
Considering such a policy raises a number of questions: * Can anyone serve as "support staff" or must the staff member be from the same "organization", * Depending on how we answer the above, what is the policy for "individuals"? * Is travel for support staff funded? * Can support staff participate in discussions, email or otherwise? * Can support staff vote, in the absence of a member? * Are supported staff counted when determining quorum (this assumes we vote)? Currently, my feeling is that we should start "small and simple" and try to get going. If we find out that we need help or support or <whatver>, I preume we would be free to resolve such an issue as we go along. Regards, Wilfried.
