Considering such a policy raises a number of questions: * Can anyone serve as "support staff" or must the staff member be from the same "organization", * Depending on how we answer the above, what is the policy for "individuals"? * Is travel for support staff funded? * Can support staff participate in discussions, email or otherwise? * Can support staff vote, in the absence of a member? * Are supported staff counted when determining quorum (this assumes we vote)? And I'm sure there are more. On Nov 4, 2010, at 7:24 AM, James M. Support personnel were non-voting members, but included in all teleconferences and face-to-face meetings, and on the mailing list. Is this something that RT4 members plan to do as well? By way of disclosure, I have no plans to include any support staff. Thanks-- J. <ATT00001..txt>
