Hi Denise and review team colleagues, I'm writing to check a few things in relation to the meeting schedule and preparations for Costa Rica. I expect that the first is just a typo, but I wanted to double check - Denise, you mention below the 'RAA progress report and WHOIS data validation' workshop is on Tuesday, but on the ICANN schedule it's down for 1-3pm on the Monday - I assume the ICANN schedule is correct, and it's on for the Monday? I also see that the ICANN schedule has us down for our interaction with the community from 4.30-6 on the Monday. The last schedule I remember seeing had this down for 2-3.30, and this still is the time listed on the link in the attached. I have no problem with the later time, and am really just wanting to confirm it for my calendar - does anyone know which is correct? I also note that the earlier schedule had us down for an internal/team debrief from 4-5.30, which would have been after the community interaction in the earlier schedule. Assuming we're now meeting from 4.30-6, are we still planning to do a debrief afterwards, at a later time? I apologise if I've missed some discussions on this and should already know the answer, but I'm just trying to get my calendar sorted, so any help would be appreciated. On a different track, I seem to have lost track of submissions to our discussion paper - I recall we had received a couple of informal submissions/comments, but I can't seem to find them anywhere beyond archived emails, and I hadn't seen anything further for a while. Have we received any/many submissions yet, and if so are they accessible in a centralised place, so that I can catch up on my reading before our discussions in Costa Rica? Lastly, and just for information, I'll have a number of overlaps in Costa Rica with GAC meetings (as is usually the case). Unfortunately, this will mean that I will have to miss much of Sunday's WHOIS meeting, although I will try to resolve part of the overlap at the GAC end so that I can attend the meeting with the GNSO Council from 5.30-6.30. I should then be ok for dinner Sunday if it goes ahead, all of Monday's sessions (at either time), Tuesday's meeting with the GAC, and most of the Wednesday meeting (I'm hoping to be at the WHOIS meeting most of the day, but will have to leave by 2 at the latest). I apologise for the long email (!), and look forward to seeing you all soon. Hello, Peter. The RAA Progress Report & Whois Validation Workshop is indeed on Monday. Sorry about my typo. The authoritative schedule is the one posted: http://costarica43.icann.org/full-schedule The Team's public forum had to be slotted a bit later in the afternoon due to scheduling issues with the ballroom. This will necessitate changing the time for the Team's internal debrief meeting. Alice & Olof will follow-up with some alternatives for this. The publicly submitted comments on the draft report are posted here: http://forum.icann.org/lists/whois-rt-draft-final-report/ Alice is collecting informal input as directed.
