Just confirming, this question was cut off from the Applicable Laws section? "What insight can country code TLDs (ccTLDs) offer on their response to domestic laws and how they have or have not modified their ccTLD WHOIS policies?" I think it´s a great one, but if the group agreed to take it off, I should'n disagree. Omar 2011/6/8 Olof Nordling <olof.nordling@icann.org>:

Hi Omar, It was not deleted, just a number change, it's now #3 instead of #4 - the previous #3 was redundant, being identical to previous #5 (now #4). You're absolutely right, Olof. Questions 3 and 5 on the version #7 are the same, and of course, one was supressed. My mistake, thanks. Omar 2011/6/8 Olof Nordling <olof.nordling@icann.org>:

Hi all, Thanks for sending this through so quickly Olof, and thanks to all for contributing to what has become a very good paper. In reading it just now, I noticed a tiny typo in last night's additions (a double space, and also I think a missing 'the'). I also noticed that the applicable laws/privacy heading was sitting at the bottom of a page while all the content was on the next page. I fixed those in track, and I hope they're as uncontroversial as they seemed to me. The only other thing I noticed is two unfinished sentences in the intro which were placeholders for a closing date for submissions and an address to send submissions. I couldn't remember if we'd already discussed this, so I just highlighted the sentences yellow so that they get sorted before it's sent out. Other than that, it all looks good to me and I look forward to seeing responses as they come in. Cheers, Peter From: rt4-whois-bounces@icann.org [mailto:rt4-whois-bounces@icann.org] On Behalf Of Olof Nordling Sent: Wednesday, 8 June 2011 11:57 PM To: rt4-whois@icann.org Subject: Re: [Rt4-whois] Discussion paper, draft final version Dear Review Team members, Oh well, I found two errors in the version I just posted to you - apologies for that, my mistakes.
