Hi James, Hi Kathy First of all, many thanks for your work updating this chapter. Having gone through the entire draft report, I'm convinced that we should be hiving most of the detail into appendices, and think that we can do something here with the WHOIS outputs. Great to have them, but I think a placeholder in the text, and explanation would do, then we append the detail. Do you agree? I am interested in carrying forward your categorisation of gaps and the truth table which we discussed in MdR throughout the report - ie we should arrange our gaps according to your alpha beta gamma schema. Hopefully you have all made your way (or are en route) to Dakar. I wish everyone safe and uneventful travels.
Attached, please find the latest version of the "Policy Chapter," which takes in to account feedback and discussions from our meeting in MdR. Note that it is still heavily marked-up, but I believe the final edition is beginning to take shape.
Many thanks to Kathy who stepped up to compensate for my unavailability this week. Thanks Kathy!
J.
