Please note this document is a work-in-progress and is meant to spark conversation among us until we are comfortable with a solid set of principles and a defined scope. However, we cannot spend too much time on this, so time is of the essence. Our next meeting is going to be on May 14, when I hope we can finalize this. Any contribution, small or big, is welcome.
