Dear Paul et al, For the kick-off meeting we will present an ICANN60 schedule production timeline and preliminary block schedule. We will ask the group to consider: * The dates for schedule production and/or any known conflicts with the proposed dates for our calls * The total number of timeslots allocated to non-conflicted, cross-community discussion topics (HITs) * Proposed schedule of SO/AC/SG/C meetings with the ICANN Board on constituency day The meeting also provides the opportunity for the group to share feedback relating to the schedule planning for ICANN59, and inform staff on any other areas of importance for the scheduling of ICANN60. I will circulate the production timeline and block schedule asap so you will have a chance to review it before the lunch on Thursday.
