For work party members who only want to know the recent changes below is my log of recent changes.
Changelog: -wrote Executive Summary -rewrote first paragraph of 5.3, correcting errors about ENS -added text and ref (“In-Depth Evaluation of Redirect Tracking and Link Usage.” Proceedings on Privacy Enhancing Technologies 2020) to end of 7.1 -added text and ref (https://stats.labs.apnic.net/cfnxdata/) to end of 7.1 -reordered Findings to order them by Section -added work party Members to Acknowledgements
