Draft Research on Blockchain Naming
Dear SSAC Members, As I mentioned at ICANN 77, ICANN OCTO has contracted with Nicholas Weaver at the International Computer Science Institute (ICSI) to investigate how some blockchain naming systems work. Below are the links to his initial work which he has given me permission to share. This is a work in progress and there is at least one more document on GNS that is being developed. Please do not share these outside of SSAC.
