Hi Alain and Ram. Thank you, Alain, for asking the full team for more members for this sub-topic group. In case no one comes forward, an alternate path for this group that Eric and I wanted to get your thoughts on was to flesh out the work plan for SSR1 assessment (which includes having a consultant do a gap analysis), and then disband this group and have the full team address the gap analysis and handle follow-on work. Hi all, Please see below for updates on two SSR1 subteam action items: 1. Gather information regarding SSR1 implementation together in logical groupings and index within the Google doc. * A ‘Background Materials’ section has been added to the SSR1 subteam wiki page<https://community.icann.org/display/SSR/Subtopic+%231+-+SSR1+Review>. This includes a link to the SSR1 implementation home page and final report. Content related to the implementation of each recommendation is linked from within the executive summary reports available on this page. There is also a new Google doc which contains links to the SSR1 briefings that have been provided to the SSR2 Review Team. 2. Provide completion dates for each recommendation (date it was designated as “complete”); if there was multiple activities or deliverables in a recommendation, include the dates those were completed too. * The SSR1 Final Implementation Report<https://community.icann.org/display/SSR/SSR1+Review+Implementation+Home>, which is now linked from the SSR1 subteam wiki page, identifies implementation completion dates for each recommendation. Hi. The Final Implementation Report includes check marks for due dates under “Status of Deliverables” and the accompanying text often does not contain completion dates. In supplying the missing dates, would you please have staff replace the check marks with the date the deliverable was completed for each recommendation. (example below) Thanks.
