So I'm comparing the 2 URLs below, and the only difference I see is that the new doc doesn't include the background notes used to inform the answer to the 4 questions. Am I missing something?
The first URL has a place for people to put proposed report text. It will probably be more polished than the notes that were gathered in the table, which is in the second document.
I think my assigned recs 23 and 24 need a dedicated hour of discussion to start, I will send out the text of these two in separate mail and ask anyone interested to donate a separate hour, not to take away from our weekly call.
