Dear SSR2 Review Team, Unfortunately, the Review Team’s request for a half-day face-to-face meeting on Thursday 27th June at ICANN65 in Marrakech has been declined. ICANN65 is a Policy Forum, the format of which is focused on SO/AC/SG/C policy work and outreach. As space is not allocated specifically for review teams to meet, all meeting requests are subject to approval from the Community Planning Group. The ICANN meeting strategy<https://meetings.icann.org/en/future-meeting-strategy>, developed several years ago by the community, provides more information on meeting format, duration, support and engagement activities for each ICANN meeting. The Review Team’s face-to-face meetings scheduled on the 22nd and 23rd June are not affected as these meetings take place ahead of the ICANN meeting.
