Dear All, Some thoughts that just come to my mind: Since we almost have a full scheduled calendar, it would be great, if we could discuss in one of our next online meetings how to deal with F2F-meetings. In my opinion, the most appreciate and effectiveness way would be to schedule them during the ICANN meetings. No matter how our internal organizational structure will look like, we will need regular F2F-meetings to discuss topics with stakeholders, organize workshops, etc. The ICANN meeting calendar is available at https://meetings.icann.org/en/calendar I hope you all have a relaxing weekend and I am curious how do you think about it? Dear Boban It was good to meet you in Copenhagen. I agree with you that, no matter how often we meet virtually, face-to-face meetings are essential to help us move forward with decisions, and get to know one another as individuals. The ICANN environment brings opportunities to consult with other groups and socialise our thinking with others. Best wishes Emily On Fri, Mar 17, 2017 at 8:40 PM, Boban Krsic <krsic@denic.de> wrote:

Dear Boban and Team, It was good to meet you in Copenhagen during our first F2F meeting. I have the thinking that we have to come up with action item requiring our attention in each of the coming F2F meeting. ICANN is a complex organization with a number of constituency and working group, in each of our meeting we need to arrange stakeholder to meet with some action item to be measured on. Our first F2F meeting gave me the first experience on how ICANN is complex, you may have noted that, whatever question you may ask, you will never get a straight forward answer be from ICANN Staff or Presenters. This therefore requires us to be focused and understand the work ahead us. That is why we also need a chair who is focused to achieve our best work meeting the stakeholders we are representing but above all who are ICANN is there for. I am working on a one page document that may require input of all of us and ICANN staff to give us a better understanding of ICANN as organization and work ahead us.
