So I'm comparing the 2 URLs below, and the only difference I see is that the new doc doesn't include the background notes used to inform the answer to the 4 questions. Am I missing something?
The first URL has a place for people to put proposed report text. It will probably be more polished than the notes that were gathered in the table, which is in the second document.
I think my assigned recs 23 and 24 need a dedicated hour of discussion to start, I will send out the text of these two in separate mail and ask anyone interested to donate a separate hour, not to take away from our weekly call.

All: I was very disappointed that we only had text for one additional SSR1 Recommendation in the google doc for the call today. PLEASE get text for ALL of the SSR1 Recommendations added before the next plenary call. Several of the SSR1 Recommendations have more than one name beside them. Please start writing. Then, the other people can make additions and edits to get the text in shape. Thanks, Russ

Dear Team: This part of the report is getting close to done. There are a few SSR1 Recommendations need a bit f work, and I have asked specific individual to handle them. In addition, there are a few comments in the document that need to be sorted. Please review and make edits. I do not plan to spend any time on this part of the report during the call tomorrow unless team members have specific questions to address.
