Please provide status for the topics you are working before the call on Thursday
Hello. Two weeks ago, the team spent about 40 minutes going through the list of topics and gathering status. Please provide the current status in this Google Doc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Xid7AwbUpGRmX8c1TxxCmPF6mKxtdI30pwpEi-xR... I look forward to the team call on Thursday. Please provide the status before the call so that we can go through this fairly quickly. Thanks, Russ
Hello, I have edited the status document. Not sure, if i will be able to join the call because of a company retreat. But will try. —Alain

Sorry I missed the call; I filled in my rows of the table. I'm a little confused about the format of the SSR2 Draft Recommendations: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1OmN3HGx9h59oK9GeJfLMxCWkbtbYPHEmCWDvJ3v5... Who owns the token for this document now and may I schedule a call w them? (I told ATRT that I hoped to be able to send them a draft of this document by mid-May, and it would be ideal if I could send it even sooner than that, so I'm interested in getting closure on this part.) tnx k On Tue, Apr 09, 2019 at 09:49:55AM -0400, Russ Housley wrote:

Hi. I know that many people take time off during this time of year. I hope you can find a few minute to update the status related to the topics that you are working. About 20% of the topics still have no status. Please add it immediately. On Thursday, the team will talk about each topic that is Red or Blank to figure out how to make progress. On Friday, the team received the answers to a large number of questions. I suspect that many of the topics that are marked Yellow or Red now have the information that is needed to make progress. Please update the status as appropriate. Thanks: Russ

Russ, where are the strategic objectives listed as referred to in the recommendations? the most recent report: https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/revised-strategic-plan-2021-2025... has strategic objectives that are not congruent with how they are referenced in the doc. are we using a previous set of strategic objectives? i think this reference to numbered strategic objectives in the prose is extremely confusing and distracting. if you want to tie recs to SOs, may i suggest doing that in a separate table, and just have the recs be as concise and coherent as possible? otherwise, can someone please put a table of the SOs inside the same document? k On Wed, Jun 19, 2019 at 08:06:52PM -0400, Russ Housley wrote:

Hi all, I believe we used the most recent one at the time. It should be in the drive. The document was not final. Probably best to confirm either with a doc marked final or as late as possible. All the best Laurin Sent from my mobile phone.

I agree with kc. Describing the mapping outside of the recs allows the mapping to evolve separately than the recommendation text. If it’s embedded, then it means changes in the mapping have to change the recs. Just my 0.02. Eric

Hi. I hope that everyone had a wonderful Spring break. Please find a few minutes to update the status related to the topics that you are working. Last week we were able fill in all of the blanks. On Thursday, the team will talk about each topic that is Red or Yellow to figure out how to remove any obstacles. The team received almost all of the answers to our questions. Very few remain unanswered, and in two of them, then answers generated a follow-up question. I suspect that many of the topics that are marked Yellow or Red now have the information that is needed to make progress. Please update the status as appropriate. Thanks: Russ
