Hi Kristy, Thank you for your super prompt response. In reply to your question:- 1. Assistance with "contention set resolution", objection resolution and appeals if those haven't been envisaged under business or legal advice; 2. Assistance with IDNs should include that for TL variant management and perhaps SL variant management as well; 3. Guidance towards Safety PICs and RVCs would be useful; and 4. Assistance with developing a Mitigation Plan for high risk of Name Collisions is likely the hardest to identify. Looking forward to your/your team's onward suggestions. Kind regards, Cheryl and Justine --------- On Fri, 14 Mar 2025, 15:22 Kristy Buckley, <kristy.buckley@icann.org> wrote:
Hi Justine and Cheryl,
Thanks for your note. We received a few questions this week about recruiting specialized skillsets among pro bono service providers.
We didn’t yet specify these types of specialized topics in the registration process but I agree it may be helpful to figure out how to identify such experts. Let us discuss next week as a team on some ideas for how to approach this and come back with some suggestions on-list.
Are there any other specialized skills or knowledge you’d suggest we recruit for beyond the list we have here? ( https://www.icann.org/en/announcements/details/icann-seeks-mentors-and-pro-b... )
Appreciate the suggestion!
Kind regards, Kristy

Dear Kristy, Sam,
We are aware that the recruitment of Probono service providers is well under way. Now that more details of the new Names Collision Risk Management have been revealed, we would like to know of the ICANN org ASP Team are putting any effort into securing the services of someone with expertise in that Framework who would be able to advise ASP qualifiers on preparing the necessary mitigation plan in case their strings were found to carry a high risk of Names Collision?
Thank you.
