Dear ASP IRT Sub-track, I hope you are well. We wanted to reach out to inform you of a minor update to the cadence in reporting the ASP statistics<https://newgtldprogram.icann.org/en/application-rounds/round2/asp/stats>. In order to provide consistency in reporting numbers and allow for publication time, we will be updating the numbers as of the 19th of each month, to be posted ~48 hours after the 19th, barring that falling on a weekend or holiday. Previously we had endeavored to post the statistics on the 19th of each month, following the launch of ASP on 19 November. However, in order to share accurate data about the previous month, we need to first collect data up through and including the 19th and then post to the website, which takes 24-48 hours. The language on the website has been updated to reflect this expectation accordingly, but we also wanted to let this group know for awareness.
