You all have contributed immensely to the design and development of this program. We actually tried different systems, thru different connectivity providers, and on those that do not get that error message, they both (1) don’t recognize the password (2) do not honor a password change request. BTW, this is not at all unprecedented with ICANN Account login… the reason for keeping a flawed system that was already used many times in supply chain attacks is beyond me. Rubens

Greetings all, In coordinating with Rubens on this, it has become clear that the maintenance issue is with the NSp<https://portal.icann.org/InMaintenance> which indeed is down for scheduled maintenance. To confirm, the ASP application system is not accessible via the NSp, but rather, via ICANN Account, per the information posted on ASP website<https://newgtldprogram.icann.org/en/application-rounds/round2/asp/apply>. Rubens, We appreciate your help with troubleshooting this. If a user changes the authenticated user while using the system, the platform correctly identifies this as an issue and generates an error to the end user. We have taken note of the behavior and will explore the possibility of making the error more descriptive in the future.
