One area we didn’t cover in detail is the Name Collision Observatory access—ICANN folks, since this will be available sometime this spring, could we see proposed licensing agreement language? Given that there will be data applicants review and potentially store and use in mitigation plans, it would be helpful to see what limitations and rights are being considered. Thanks much
The Name Collision Observatory (NCO) will be launched in 2026, not Spring this year. We have not yet prepared any terms of use for the NCO, but if the IRT wants to review these, then we can bring them to the IRT for review once they have been written.
