Rec 36.4: Fraudulent and Deceptive Practices * Chris Disspain presented the proposed language from the RySG (see attached email), * Jamie provided Org’s general approval on the language with the caveat that the proposed language is not final as it will be submitted for public comment, * Members of the SubPro would like additional time to review the proposed language. * Action Item: Members of the SubPro IRT will review the proposed language and provide additional feedback in meeting #149 on 5 August 2025 (1900 UTC) 2. Spec 7, Section 1: RPMs * Jeff Neuman provided an overview of the proposed language members of the SubPro IRT discussed during ICANN83; Susan Payne noted the language is not final. * Action Items: i. The members of the SubPro IRT drafting the proposed language will reconvene to discuss, ii. The draft language will be circulated to the SubPro IRT and Org by 25 July, iii. The proposed language will be reviewed and discussed in meeting #149 on 5 August 2025 (1900 UTC). 1. Spec 13, Sections 2 & 4 * Marc Trachtenberg reviewed his proposed redlines sent on 28 April (see attached), * The proposed redlines are currently with the RySG to consider, * Kathy noted her concerns about the proposed redlines. * Action Item: Karla to connect with the RySG to get their feedback on the proposed redlines and share in advance of meeting #149. 2. IDN EPDP Phase 1 Rec 7.4 * Karla shared that Rec 7.4 is currently under consideration to be added to the Next Round RA second public comment proceeding with the expectation that the ICANN Board will review Rec 7.4 as part of the proposed Next Round RA.
