[SubPro-IRT] Length of the Objection Period

Dear IRT. We had a spirited discussion on the length of the community input period. As discussed, we would like to encourage an on-list discussion whether the 90-day objection filing period should be extended to 135 days, which will directly impact the length of the applicant journey. Please refer to the Draft AGB (p.47)<https://itp.cdn.icann.org/en/files/policy-development/new-gtld-program-next-...> for the current estimate of the length of the shortest possible applicant journey from submission to delegation.
