Dear All, having listened to yesterday’s call, in my opinion a a clarification to the timing of the volume refund (if any) could help applicants in their financial planning: The briefing paper says on page 4: …. „it will be refunded to applicants soon after Reveal Day“…. Would it be possible to add the refund timing to the flow chart of the AGB in chapter 1.3 including stating days/weeks when the refund will happen?
