Terms and Conditions
Dear members of the IRT, Below you find links to the redline Terms and Conditions and the clean version. We were not able to quickly address all comments you were made, so we will publish the clean version that addressed the two edits to align with the ASP/RSP terms and conditions. We will continue to look into all comments you made. We will share our feedback/proposed edits, were applicable, with you as soon as practicable; before the end of the public comment period if possible. You may recall we took a similar approach with the T&C for ASP/RSP. Again, thank you all and best wishes, Lars Redline: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1SX83JLEMJwG7Ja-qiTCJDm2v7je_717cQTppwXJf... Thanks Lars. Looking forward to discussing the assignment of rights issue which is a HUGE loophole to the no private resolution of contention sets especially if agreements are allowed for the assignment of rights during the application period (Note assignment of rights is different than the assignment of the contract) OR if we allow the immediate post delegation transfers of TLDs to third parties for agreements struck during the application period. Also, Can I assume that all of our comments made to date will be maintained such that we do not have to repeat them in the official public comment period? *From:* Lars Hoffmann via SubPro-IRT <subpro-irt@icann.org> *Sent:* Wednesday, February 12, 2025 8:08 PM *To:* Lars Hoffmann via SubPro-IRT <subpro-irt@icann.org> *Subject:* [SubPro-IRT] Terms and Conditions Dear members of the IRT, Below you find links to the redline Terms and Conditions and the clean version. Thank you, Jeff. Yes. Your comments are in the redline. If they are not I’ll circle back to be sure they are there. We are working on these already (and have been) and we will have that discussion - and many others no doubt - in the near future. Very best.
