As a result of the Board’s decision to ban private resolutions, this draft represents a necessary change to Section 4.3 of the 2012 AGB<https://newgtlds.icann.org/sites/default/files/string-contention-procedures-...> (see p.19), which states: “An auction will not take place to resolve contention in the case where the contending applications are for geographic names (as defined in Module 2). In this case, the applications will be suspended pending resolution by the applicants.” As noted in my previous email on the Terms and Conditions, I know you will not be able to review this text before the call. So, I will walk through the document during the call, take initial feedback and you can then add comments to the document after the call.
