Dear All, Seda, I was not able to join the call over 10 minutes as there was no permission in Zoom from the host. Moreover, I wasn’t able to join via the provided Zoom link (as usual) but I had to use meeting ID and password for that. I hope that was only my problem and nobody else faced it. Anyway, it is better to check the link. In general, I am very concerned about the fact that this is the second UA Comms meeting that was canceled due to the lack of participation. Especially, taking into account the timeline for finalizing the 5-year plan. ☹ I would suggest to send SEVERAL reminders to the UA Comms WG members about the planned calls and do it in advance, but not just some hours before the call. I also would like to clarify if there were Chair and Vice Chair of UA Comms WG on the canceled calls?
